She's a black cat with gold eyes- not so unique- but something in those eyes told us she needed us. Kittie had been at another shelter for 2 years; and Kittie, not the spring chicken she used to be, maybe felt she was losing her chance at ever getting a home. She's only 9 years old, but 2 years without a place to call her own is a long time, especially for an older gal. If you get her alone in a room, she's got the excitement of a 2 year old: prancing, tail shaking, talking and purring just from the one-on-one attention she gets!
