Maltese Female Puppy, 11 weeks old in Reno, Nevada For Sale

I am looking for a forever home for this sweet baby girl who was born deaf. She is very sweet and loving. She will need to be an inside dog. She will follow you, sit in your lap and love you forever but she will not respond to verbal commands. She was family raised and is healthy except for the hearing deficit.
