Bull Terrier Female*** in Reno, Nevada For Sale

She is a 1 year old female Pitbull. She is spayed. She is very playful and loves affection. She is sweet and a great guard dog. She loves her owners and protective over them. SHE IS NOT AGGRESSIVE OR VICIOUS. I have had no problems with her at all in regards to bites or even play biting.
She has been trained and is house trained, leash trained and kennel trained. She does not bark often, only when someone comes to the door or if another dog starts barking at her. It might be better for her to be in a home with no other dogs at first until she gets to know you and your home, then you could introduce a new animal. She is good with dogs, not sure about cats. She will need her shots soon. She has had parvo and rabies done by previous owner.
She is great with kids of all ages. I have ages 1-7 years old in my home and she is so loveable and plays with them great, I have no worries or concern with her being around children. She lets them pull on her and she licks them crazy :)
She loves car rides and she loves to go for walks or runs as she is walked everyday for at least 30 minutes. She loves to go to the park and run and play with her chew toys. I am looking for a household who can take care of her and give her the room she needs. She is full grown and should not get any bigger.
I am looking for someone who lives in a house with a fenced a backyard. You either need to own the home or show proof of your landlord allowing you to have a pitbull in your home. Why you ask?? because most landlords DO NOT allow pitbulls and that's why I don't want her going to someone who lives in an apt. complex. or renting.
Going on daily walks needs to be part of your daily routine, and also weekly park visits. Yes she is a spoiled dog and I want to make sure she gets treated the same if not better. I am going to be very picky about where she goes because this breed gets mistreated and ends up in the pound more than any other breed and I want her to go to a GOOD stable forever home! This was my fathers dog and I took care of her while he was working in California. He has recently moved to California and didn't have the time or space to keep her with him as he travels a lot and is a single man. I loved having her in my home but she can't stay much longer as she is not allowed in my home because I am renting and my landlord won't budge! I hate it, Everyone has this bad perspective about pitbulls and they fail to realize with the right training and owner pitbulls are great dogs.
She will come with a bag of food and her 2 harnesses and leash. :)
